Good 50cc bike for a 16 year old?
Question by Harrison: Good 50cc bike for a 16 year old?
I’m 14 at the moment and I’m about 5’10. I’ve found out about 3 bikes, the yamaha dt 50, Aprilia Sx 50, and the rieju sm 50.
Are these bikes reliable and easy to run?
Do they run on petrol or do you have to mix oils?
Are they too small for me?
Are they good starting bikes?
If these are not good bikes could you give me some information on some other good starting bikes. I’m mainly looking at dirt bike styles, is this good or are they hard to ride?
ANY information would be greatly appreciated.
Also I know I have to be 16 to ride and I know how to get the licence so I don’t need to know about that.
Thanks.

Get a driving license instead when you’re 17, that’s when you truly become a man. Riding a motorbike in Britain is like a laughing stock, especially with your wimpy 50cc engines, that can’t even puff any power out.
