Unless the exhaust voids the warranty make the dealer fix the problem.

The bike is two stroke so it should need sufficient oil to lubricate the internal engine components I have had two stroke off road bikes so I know about the mixture and ratio to oil etc.
Did you turn the oil pump or do anything or did the dealer. The new exhaust might be the cause of the problem but 1 litre of oil is a lot it depends if the bike is also using a lot of petrol this would mean that the bike would need the oil to lubricate the engine or it would seize.
If the bike was using a lot of oil it would mess up with the torque and pull of the engine and reduce the performance have you had any of that?
The best answer is for you to do nothing as if you were to do anything it you could loose your warranty and you would then be stuck paying out for repairs.
With a new bike the dealer should give you up to at least 6 months warranty and as your bike is five months old they are stuck repairing it.
Best of luck and hope you get sorted out ring your dealer and book your bike in for a full check over and explain exactly what is happening.
